Names and contact details; addresses; reference checks; financial history and all paperwork and information provided to LSP at the time of signing a contract/ agreement with LSP and during the course of that contract/agreement.

Name; contact information; identification documents; any other personal information required to comply with legal obligations; current work/ employment status and details of previous landlord/ agencies that you have engaged with.
We may collect or use the following personal information for dealing with queries, complaints or claims:
Names and contact details; address; payment details; video recordings of public areas; audio recordings of public areas; video recordings of private or staff only areas; audio recordings of private or staff only areas; call recordings; witness statements and contact details; photographs; relevant information from previous investigations; customer or client records; financial transaction information; information relating to health and safety (including incident investigation details and reports and accident book records); correspondence.

All data is processed by LSP. No third party is engaged.
We will only store or transfer your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR.
If the need arises, we will only transfer your personal data to countries that the European Commission has deemed to provide an adequate level of personal data protection. More information is available from the European Commission.
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Any personal information which we hold will be retained for 7 years from the end of our Agreement or as may be required by law.
